METRIC model with water package in R: RasterLayer has no NA cells
Hi, I am trying to estimate ET with water packake in R. All was going well the step of anchor calculation.
hot.and.cold <- calcAnchors(image = image.TOAr, Ts = Ts, LAI = LAI, plots = F, albedo = albedo, Z.om = Z.om, n = 5, anchors.method = "best", minDist = 10, WSbuffer = 120000, WeatherStation = WeatherStation, verbose = FALSE) Error in .local(x, ...) : RasterLayer has no NA cells (for which to compute a distance).
Please how can I fix this
